Installing WordPress
There are two possible ways to install WordPress, one MUCH easier than the other.
To create a website with WordPress (or Joomla and Drupal), use the “one-click installation”:
Scroll down the list to the second bottom list called SOFTACULOUS APPS INSTALLER normally the first button or Icon would be the WordPress Icon.
Double click on it to install WordPress.
App Installing Overview
You will be directed to the main WordPress install application.
Select the blue button marked “Install Now”
Here you will be asked to fill in the required information regarding your website.
NB – Please note:
In Directory – Please delete the “wp” in and allow the software to be installed in your main directory. Keeping the “wp” means that your website will be installed in a directory called “wp“.
Apart from this you can go ahead and press the blue button “Install”.
